How to make a simple default layout

So, you wanna make a VERY simple default layout (this means you don't really care about what the text looks like, you just want a pretty background:D]?
Well, it's really easy, and trust me, I'm NOT exaggerating.
STEP 1: Think: Do I want a default layout with a background color or background image?
STEP 2: Now, if you picked background color, go to NotePad or whatever and copy and paste the first code after this sentence, and don't forget, to change "COLOR'SHEXCODE" to the hex code of your choice, you can find some here..

Now, if you want a background image, open NotePad or whatever, and paste this in, and edit it.Replace "IMAGEURLGOESHERE!" With the URL of your picture!

And...that's it :D
