Pixelize a Picture

To use the picture I'm using, click here.

STEP 1: Open your picture, you can use your own of course!
STEP 2: Go to Filter>Stylize>Mosaic> and set it like this...

STEP 3: Go to Edit>Fade Mosaic> and set it like this...

I set mine to 25% but you can set it to whatever number. Whichever you think looks best on your picture :D
