STEP 2: Go to Adjust> Brightness/Contrast> and set it like this

STEP 3: Go to Adjust> Gamma Correct> and set it like this

STEP 4: Go to Adjust> Levels> and set it like this

Now, it should look like the photo you clicked on to get to this page, but not cropped, of course. :)
